New Zammad installation on debian

Expected behavior:

  • I did Zammad New installation but Ticket numbers " #82031 - hi Ticket

Ticket# 82031 - erstellt 18.02.2020 08:16 "
I did not 82031 test ticket. Why i donot know . Can i reset this?

I did New debian linux and Zammad installed on it.
I did 10 test ticket opened and closed for Test.
There is a Ticket nummer section says " #82031 tickets opened and closed , Actually i did not.

What do you expect and what is actually happening?

I expected Ticket numbers section shows up 10 ticket not 82031 tickets.I do not know may be my zammad configuration is not correct, i did.

Can i correct tickets nummbers Real number ?

Hey @ismail,

the ticketnumber consists of your systemid + some counter. Have a look at this for clarification:
https://admin-docs.zammad.org/en/latest/settings/ticket.html

Your zammad configurations seems legit. You probably just played around with 31 tickets.
