New tickets with customers in CC or add CC on ticket for NOTE

Expected behavior:

When a customer opens a ticket with other people in CC, the public note reply arrives to all the people in CC, and to have the ability to add once “statically” cc people in the ticket

Actual behavior:

The customer bobATcustomerdotcom opens a ticket with paulATcustomerdotcom in cc, only bob recives public notes (updates) on the ticket
the Operator cannot add other people in CC if needed, also sending a mail is only a do once task and does not add the new person on the thread

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Sended a ticlet from another account with someone else in CC

Why are you not using the reply buttons ? Reply all button is your friend and it will do exactly what you want.

Unless I do not understand what you’re trying to do.
