New Ticket per email channel creates multiple tickets


  • Used Zammad version: 2.2.x
  • Operating system: centos 7
  • Browser + version: -
    Mails are fetched from an imap subfolder in a g suite environment.

Expected behavior:

  • We fetch Emails from an imap folder from to create one ticket per mail item in that imap folder.

Actual behavior:

  • Instead of one ticket per Email two, three or four tickets are created

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Receive an Email and move it to the imap folder
