Multiple Tags operations in a Trigger or Makro

The automation possibilities in zammad with triggers, schedulers and macros would be great, if it weren’t for the limitation that only one operation on tags is possible at a time. Could this restriction not be dropped?
I want to

1. Remove a tag
2. Add another tag
3. Add another tag
