What are the possibilities of Zammad supporting MMS? If not MP4, or MP3, what about just JPG or PNG? I know MMS is fading away in favor of RCS, but it seems that enough people still use it that it may merit thought.
Or maybe I’m missing it completely. I’m using a Twilio integration and images don’t show up in the Zammad UI.
