I just noticed my tickets disappearing in zammad, when I look into chrome console I see “More then 30 tasks open, close oldest untouched task Ticket-xxxx”
How can I change this value? I want it to be way higher

you can’t change this value.
You could change the code, however, this change is not update safe.
By the way: This has a good reason!
Beside overview reasons, your Browser will get a lot slower the more tasks on your taskbar are open.
By default Zammad will close the oldest tasks as soon as you reach the 31st task - this does not apply if the 31st task is a draft which can cause (in some cases) a lot of open tasks and thus performance issues (locally on your Browser).
I guess I change it in the source code after every update then.
It would be nice if a user would get notified about this, like a popup message or something, not only in the console. If you know that zammad automatically removes the tickets from the taskbar, it’s kinda okay, but for me it really messed up the organization
