Mobile View Login Not Loading

• Linux package installer
• Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
• Firefox, Brave, Chrome

Expected behavior:

Zammad Mobile login page

Actual behavior:

Zammad logo, no login page.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Load mobile version on phone or computer and the login page will not appear, just the logo.

This is the only error I can see. There is nothing in zammad error logs.

I would like to add that the 2 factor authentication is not enabled.

Any other information needed to get to the root of the problem?

Just updated to 6.4.1-1739276209.ef5419e7 but it didn’t make a difference.

Is there any way I can disable mobile view and redirect users to desktop view until it has been resolved?

I fixed my problem by disabling Rocket Loader in Cloudflare, mobile view is working now.
