Migration from OTRS to ZAMMAD

Expected behavior:

We recently migrated from OTRS to ZAMMAD, we use the wizard to transfer cases from one application to another.
The drawback we have is that the time assigned to cases in OTRS in ZAMMAD is not reflected.

After the migration between app’s, the ticket information is in zammad but without the time assigned in each case.

How can you recover the time charged on each ticket?

Is the time accounting part of the ticket object in OTRS or does it life in an own UI / table?
Is that time accounting in OTRS a core function or does it come via an extra plugin?
