I have a hybrid Exchange in our company and also use Zammad. There is an on-premise mailbox: helpdesk@comapny.com. The Zammad use this mailbox for notification, this settings is in Zammad admin panel/Email menu.
I want to migrate the helpdesk@company.com mailbox to Exchange Online. We use MFA. Are there any step-by-step what do i have to configura in Zammad after the mailbox migration? Thanks.
