Microsoft does not create Tickets

Unfortunately, our Zammad responsible person is on vacation and therefore, please help me :slight_smile:

Expected behavior:
Mails come into the ticket system and are created from mails sent to our Microsoft e-mail address.

Actual behavior:
No mails are coming into the ticket system. The mailbox runs through Microsoft and the instance is hosted through us.
I have added the mailbox to my Outlook and mails are coming in normally.

Same Issue here. Zammad Support told me, that they are receiving several tickets from switzerland with this issue. Maybe a Microsoft Problem. We have to wait? Or has anyone a Solution?

exactly same here, but tried everything with zammad support, i guess we have to wait for MS
