Merging Tickets Email

When tickets are merged, a mail is sent to all agents and admins. Is there any way to change this so that only the affected people get a mail?

Also, please provide a history of a affected ticket, because right now it’s not clear if this is a notification (what I suspect) or trigger based mail.

Of course, you may truncate sensitive information like mail addresses.
