# Max. amout of overviews?

Hei,

we are currently setting up Zammad for our customer communication. Currently we have an email inbox for each client. We were thinking about setting up an overview per client to keep that part of the mail workflow as it is. In the intro Webinar it was said that too many overviews would slow the program down.

Does anyone have experience with that? E.g. that at about 100 overviews it was noticed that things slowed down?

As noted in the [documentation](https://admin-docs.zammad.org/en/latest/manage/overviews.html), 15-20 Overviews would be the best bet. However, it highly depends on how full these overviews are. If you’re trying to replicate your classic mailbox folders, then forget about it right away and prepare for a propper switch. If you don’t, you won’t unleash the full potential of a ticket system and stick to old structures which is really a bad idea.
