[This post](https://community.zammad.org/t/api-tool-for-exporting-tickets-to-pdf-for-archival-purposes/10769) might be of interest to you. Do note that this is an exporter for **archival purposes** , not a true _backup_ solution. You **cannot** import the data back into Zammad with this tool.
