Macro with Reply

I’m curious to know if I’m missing something in the use of Zammad.

We receive a ticket that with a glance (either from overview or in ticket) we know can be replied to and set Pending Close immediately with the reply.

But, as far as I can tell, we would need to ::insert TM then set Pending Close choose date and then Update.

This seems very tedious for something that a Macro seems like it should handle… but there are no Action options to Reply nor to set Pending Close with a +3 days.

This is similar to this Macro with Reply Action request that seems to have been closed without any discussion.

Wondering…

Just a side note:
Replying by macro and setting relative pending times are two different issues and things.

Relative pending times will be available with upcoming Zammad 3.5: https://github.com/zammad/zammad/issues/864
