M365 licensing of zammad maklbox

Hi,

my company is moving to M365 (probably E3).
Currently we have a dedicated zammad mailbox on local mail server with IMAP and SMTP.

I am not yet familir with M365 so sorry if I am aksing obvious questions.
What do we need for migration to M365? Do we need to license aditional user license? If yes, which one would be enough? (I am not sure if MS allows mixing of licenses)
