I’m looking to pay someone to sort out our Zammad installation.
I’ve had problems with Elasticsearch and am not sure if everything is set up correctly.
At present, I CAN access reports, and elasticsearch seems to be semi working. By that I mean, some things are appearing in search results and others not.
I attempted a rake rebuild earlier and it said Elasticsearch was not running. Rebooted server, did a rake rebuild and it was worked fine. So for some reason ES is halting at some stage throughout the day.
Generally, I would like a quote for someone to spend an hour or two configuring it properly.
I am far from a developer myself.
