Looking for technical assistance

Hello Guys,

I´m testing Zammad for about 3 month now and I think: Its a great piece of software.
But, there are some simple things that don´t match witch my requirements.
For example I need some new ticket states. I created one following this https://github.com/zammad/zammad/issues/574 but it is not “closed” it is “open”. :slight_smile: I don´t know why. :slight_smile:
Also I need a little help with time accounting and managing time. And I´m looking for a summary text box that is visible in ticket overview.

As you can imagine I´m not that great on managing zammad with the console.

Is there someone who will help me? I´m looking for a Zammad Freelancer. Perfectly talking in german.
