  • Operating system: windows 11
  • Browser + version: chrome 126.0.6478.127

Expected behavior:

  • Is there a way to see how much time a agent has logged a day?

Actual behavior:

  • not possible at the moment?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • logging time on different tickets
  • no overview available for the total logged time a day

No. This is not possible at all, it technically is if you cycle through the ticket histories with very extensive API calls and stuff. No easy way so.
