Title: Allow linking to existing ticket(s) during creation of new ticket
1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
As agents, we often need to create new tickets (via the New Ticket UI), which are related to existing tickets. We can already save a lot of time by using templates and defaults, but the one thing which isn’t possible, is to link the new ticket (during its creation phase) to the other ticket(s). We’d love it if this would be made possible.
2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
It doesn’t really hurt that much, it’s just a bit annoying and it would save quite a bit of time for the agents.
3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
This is currently not possible during the ticket creation phase.
4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
We’d like to be able to save some time, and not have to modify the new ticket right after its creation in order to link the existing ticket(s) to it.
