Link forms and groups

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.2
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) package
  • Operating system: ubuntu 18.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome 78

Expected behavior:

I want to use the form channel to generate tickets. Link the ticket with a specific group. I expected to set up different groups. Linking in this way the request with the appropriate group and direct attention of the same, without the intervention of personnel reassigning the ticket

Actual behavior:

The choice of a group is not offered in the form configuration

Is there an alternative to link forms with groups?

Sorry but this currently is not possible.
Alternative would be to use Zammads API to create tickets as needed.
