Limit of Organizations?

  • Used Zammad version: 2.8
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: ubuntu lts 18.04
  • Browser + version: chrome 72.0.3626.109

Expected behavior:

  • Show all Organizations (48.000)

Actual behavior:

  • Only 4 pages of Organizations are displayed

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Import 48.000 Organizations

We’ve importet all Costumers (48.000) as organizations. I am able to search these organization in the zammad search, but the webpage “Organisationen” only shows 4 Pages of Organizations. Is there a Limit, Zammad can handle?

This is a “bug”:

Reason for this is a technical limitation in clients (if we’d pump more data into the WebApp, it would slow down if prefetched). This will be enhanced as soon as we find the time to do so.

You can use the overall search function - I know, it’s not as nice and easy, but that’s a working workaround.
