Limit Customer Ticket State

Requesting for your kind assistance,

  • Used Zammad version: 3.5.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: (package)
  • Operating system: ubuntu 18.04.05
  • Browser + version: any

Expected behavior:

  • when run the limit available states command for customer the customer only view the assigned state in command even when customer create new ticket via web.

Actual behavior:

when customer viewed the created ticket all states are correct

But when the customer create new ticket also view the added ticket state “declined” = closed

@MrGeneration Hi Sir this is normal? when I added ticket state = to closed will added automatically when customer created new ticket , before I only saw is new and closed when customer created new ticket via web

Sorry but I can’t reproduce that.
Ensure that the customer you’re talking about is a real customer without any agent permissions.

This would explain the differences.
Please note that Zammad will always display the current state the ticket does have. Even though you may have different limits. However, the customer can’t set the state themselves.
