LDAP Sync work, but no users by "Create Ticket" and no Organistaion

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: latest
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: Google Chrome +Version 99.0.4844.84

Expected behavior:

  • The users from LDAP Sync are shown in search area by creating a ticket. It is possible to choose an organisation for a user.

Actual behavior:

  • no users are found and no organistation

After a LDAP Sync worked with no errors, I can see some of users in “Users Management”. The Admins and Agents are also shown and it is possible to login. But there are no users by “Creating a new Ticket” and no organistion to choose (not even a default “Zammad Foundation”).

Where should I start for troubleshooting?

And the answer is - I’ve forgotten to install ingest-attachments modul for elasticsearch. Try not to laugh :woman_facepalming:
