syncing of users “worked” but I can’t see them inside “users”.
is there any log I can check?
or is there any way to set it using rails? I can’t find it in the documentation anywhere…

Because if the user list within the admin panel is empty, this usually is the sign for elasticsearch either not working, crashed, not configured, …
