Hello to all,
we have the problem that some mails (not all) were delivered with a high latency to our Ticket System.
All of our mails sent to our microsoft 365 mailboxes are delivered immediatly and with no latency so the problem is not microsoft 365.
Destination mailbox is not a shared mailbox.
We have configured IMAP so the mails should immediatly forwarded to our mail address.
Thanks for every tip to troubleshoot this strange issue.
PS: we asked the support but they told us that microsoft probably greylists the zammad address. But I think a lot of other users have the same configuration and they don’t have theese problems.
