Last edited user

It would be nice to have a new column at the ticket which shows the last edited user and timestamp when the ticket was modified by a human.

These would only record changes made by the UI and thus exclude API changes / trigger / scheduler / SLA changes.

There is an “Updated by” column which shows the last person to update the ticket. Agent or client.

The “Updated by” column also take note of API changes / trigger / scheduler / SLA changes and therefore does not always show the last human contact.
