  • Used Zammad version: 6.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: ubuntu 22.04
  • Browser + version: chrome

Hi, I’m attempting to move my existing Zammad (AWS) with mysql database to a different server (Azure) with postgres. I created a dump from existing mysql database. Now I don’t need my tickets, all I need is the knowledge base data from the dump that i wanted to import in my Postgres. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could assist me with this.

Honestly if I’d be you I’d just migrate all data instead of trying to migrate a sub portion of it.
Backup & Restore only support full dumps and manually fiddling around this is not worth the effort in my opinion.
