Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 5.3.0-1670492123.7c45d087.buster
- Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
- Operating system: Debian 10.10
- Browser + version:
Chrome, Edge, Firefox, private windows, to no avail
Expected behavior:
- The internal users open the given link and they should be able to see the contents via Help page.
Actual behavior:
- Users saw “Page not found” while they already logged in to Zammad, that tab is still opening there, so they have to click the KB section in the UI dashboard, click on each sub-category until they see the target KB.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Log in to Zammad, go to KB hierarchy categories, open the target KB, copy the URL, open a new tab, paste the URL, showing Page Not Found. Every log in user is Customer by default.
