We have come to find that the KB is somewhat limited in the amount of control you can have.
For example, we have some Staff that should see some articles. These Staff are not Agents, but technically there are not really public, nor do we want the info they see available to the public.
It would be great to be able to target KB Category and Article Visibility to KB groups/tags. The Visibility of the KBs don’t really follow the Groups (at least for us, and I imagine for others). Sometimes there are KB topics that are based on job/customer level.
