As every day Zammad user: No I didn’t.
This is a very rare issue which I haven’t seen in months.
Reloading should fix it.
As this is not a solution, you may want to ensure that no browser addons get in your way and could cause this. Check if it affects several browser vendors and ensure to test without any addons as well.
If all that still brings issues, you may want to update to the most current available (stable) version of Zammad - it might already been adressed.
What also would help if you take a look on what actions are needed to reproduce it. Otherwise this issue/bug is proberbly unfixable.
Hi and thx for the answer. We found what was common for all users with that issue. It was in fact on our side When ever they used one specific tool on alugha it happened. So it is fixed.
