Issues with Exchange integration

Hi,

I’ve configured the Exchange integration to sync contacts from a Microsoft 365 (shared) mailbox to Zammad.
For the most part, this works ok. However, there are a few issues:

  1. Fields that are populated (for some contacts) in Exchange are missing from the field mapping dropdown (for example “work phone”).
Therefore, the affected fields can’t be synced to Zammad, because you simply can’t select them on the left hand (source) side.
I have a suspicion that this might have something to do with the particular example contact Zammad picks, i.e. if that contact happens to be missing a work phone number, then you can’t sync any work phone numbers at all, not even for other contacts.

  2. Some very common fields (e.g. company name) are not available on the Zammad side of the mapping selection.

  3. In order to change the field mapping, you have to go through the whole Exchange configuration every time.
You also have to remove and re-add the same contacts folder that was already selected, because the “Continue” button is greyed out until you do.
It would be nice if one could edit the field mapping separately, without going through the rest of the Exchange settings,

I was wondering if there are any plans to improve these details.
Thanks!

P.S.
I’m on Zammad version 5.2.1-42 (docker-compose). I’m aware that this isn’t the latest, but I didn’t see anything regarding the Exchange integration in the changelog for 5.2.2 or 5.2.3.
