Issue with generic OAuth

• Used Zammad version: 2.7.X (according to interface, latest from Ubuntu repo)
• Used Zammad installation source: Package
• Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS
• Browser + version: Chrome 72

Expected behaviour:

• Successful login
• See Zammad dashboard

Actual behaviour:

• Error while trying to authenticate.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

• Login with OAuth2 with correct details
• Receive error: 422: The change you wanted was rejected. Message from oauth2: invalid_credentials

I’m trying to configure Zammad with my billing system for SSO via OAuth.

Hi @CodeCo - thanks for this comprehensive description. It seems like the generic OAuth2 connector won’t work with your billing system We already had a similar situation with Microsofts NTML and found out that a custom OAuth2 connector is needed.
