Issue deleting Groups & Roles

  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu Linux
  • Browser + version: Google Chrome V140.0.7339.201

Expected behavior:

See a delete button for deletable roles and groups

Actual behavior:

No buttons

Roles and Groups can not be deleted :slight_smile:

Why can’t they be deleted? That just makes setting up a pain.

Especially roles and groups do have dependencies (users, tickets) and thus cleaning that up can be a huge mess. You can always recycle those things though…

Okay, could you please explain to me how that’s possible? I just made some Roles and Groups but they have gone unused.
