Is there a way via API to get all tickets having one tag? Maybe with search (Tickets — Zammad documentation) will I’m not sure it’s possible.

You can use the advanced search query :

https://your.zammad.instance/api/v1/tickets/search?query=tags:foo%20AND%20tags:bar
