Invalid BasicAuth credentials

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) apt
  • Operating system: debian 10
  • Browser + version: FireFox 92.0.1 (64 ビット)

Expected behavior:

  • I just install my system, zammad and elasticsearch
    Set fqdn, ssl, ruby, etc
    open port 80 and 443

Now I can see the launcher of zammad (/#getting_started/admin) but when I try to create the account during the first step of the setting, I got a red message Invalid BasicAuth credentials

For sure it’s a problem with my setting, but is someone got the same error?

My firefox language is by default in Japanese.
So Zammad is launch is Japanese.

Just try to set Firefox in English and the error disappear.

Seems zammad can’t start in Japanese. Or is there a bad setting about something?
