Expected behavior:
- When replying to a ticket, the e-mail search is used and a recipient is selected.
Actual behavior:
- After a recipient has been selected, the interface reloads and I come to the dashboard.
- However, the problem only occurs with certain e-mail addresses.
The error can be rectified for a short time by deleting the browser cache. Until it occurs again. - The problem sounds a little bit like this one: Interface reload after selection of a tag
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open a ticket
- Click Reply
- Search for another E-Mail in the To Field
- Select E-Mail
