Title: Integration with BirdyChat (now Balsio)

Since Zammad is a fantastic alternative for American Big Tech (and we should be proud of that), I would like to present to you to Birdy Chat (now called Balsio): a European alternative for WhatsApp: [https://www.balsio.com](https://www.balsio.com)

It’s focused as an alternative for WhatsApp Business and as such it would be a great input channel for Zammad.
