I need WorkPlace integration … how can I do this?
- use Webhooks wich Zammad doesnt support jet?!?
- integrate WorkPlace directly …
Not sure if this is a feature request, a technical question or a development question.
Right now you can’t use Workplace with Zammad.
You have three options at this point:
- insert coin for a custom development to get an integration from us directly
- develop your own addon to achieve the wanted integration
- create a proper feature request (or just update your first post
) and hope we will implement this functionality in the future™
