Hi! It will be good if there will be an inner messanger in Zammad to make able for agents to communicate with each other and not to be inside the ticket
You can set the articles to non public.
But I think, an answering feature would be nice like Facebook and like I can do with Mails. This way you could communicate
Thanx for answer, but in this way I have to communicate inside some ticket. But I mean to be able to chat online in some separate of ticket way. It will be more flexible. For example some space inside zammad where I can see all the agents and can chat with anyone without ticket. Some kind of corporate messenger inside Zammad
