Expected behavior:
When a new ticket arrives I want all agents to be informed of the new ticket by mail, including all attachments of the tickets.
Actual behavior:
All Agents get an Email-alert with the ticket_body, but no attachments are included.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a ticket add attachment, e.g. a wave file (voicemail)
