Include attachments in "New Ticket"-Email

  • Used Zammad version: 2.9.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: zammad for debian
  • Operating system: debian 9.7
  • Browser + version: Firefox 65.0.1

Expected behavior:

When a new ticket arrives I want all agents to be informed of the new ticket by mail, including all attachments of the tickets.

Actual behavior:

All Agents get an Email-alert with the ticket_body, but no attachments are included.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a ticket add attachment, e.g. a wave file (voicemail)
