Show all online agents thumbnail on start chat box ( crisp.chat do it in nice way )
Button option for visitor like “Send Conversation to email” ,
Continue chat on Channels : Continue on email,Continue on telegram, Twitter, … ( crisp.chat do it in nice way )
Also be an option to put the chat box in any custom area of a web page!
Show online visitors to agents + IP Geo location for any page that chat box is installed. ( Livezilla, crisp.chat, … support it in good way )
