Import OS Ticketsystem into Zammad?

i have a question. It is possible to importing from OS Ticketsystem into Zammad?
Or can this only do by the mail archive function?

Sorry, there’s no migrator for os ticket.
So I’m afraid, it’s not possible.

I can’t tell if the archive import is good enough for your use case, it might be a solution if you don’t care about internal notes.
