Import Job Title and Description fields from FreshDesk

  1. Field job_title doesn’t import from FreshDesk - I realize you’d have to create a custom object field, but since you’re importing against a clean database, is that a major problem?

  2. Field description doesn’t import from FreshDesk - could that be mapped to the Note field in Zammad?
