Import client from CSV :status code 500 undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass

Hi,

I try to import client, but it doesn’t work, i use the example CSV and i copy my user in it and when i click on “import”, i have this error :

Do you have any idea ?

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.3.1

  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) : source

  • Operating system: Debian 11

  • Browser + version:
    Opera : 94.0.4606.65
    Firefox : 109

  • Apache with reverse proxy

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

On the web interface => User menu => import

Without the actual CSV content you’re using it’s going to be impossible to help, sorry.

Most often the issue lifes in invalid formatting, missing columns or invalid envoding.
