IMAP on 365: User is authenticated but not connected

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x community
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: CentOS
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

Open ticket from mail

Actual behavior:

After some days of correct working, now Mail configuration retur an error and doesn’t download mail: Can’t use Channel::Driver::Imap: #<Net::IMAP::BadResponseError: User is authenticated but not connected.>

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

The problem was the license assigned to the mailbox on O365 portal.
License Micosoft 365 Business Basic with IMAP enabled works fine.
