Idoit integration not working

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.6
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-58-generic x86_64)
  • Browser + version: FF / Chrome / Edge
  • Used idoit version: 1.15.2
  • Used idoit api version: any
  • Operating system idoit server: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-58-generic x86_64)

Expected behavior:

  • You can update i-doit settings (on integration page) and add i-doit objects to Zammad Tickets without any trouble.

Actual behavior:

  • When trying to select i-doit objects for a ticket, the user receive error message: on trying to select i-doit objects in zammad I receive “Can’t fetch objects from http://idoit-hostname/src/jsonrpc.php: #”

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Try to use the i-doit integration as in adding new objects to a ticket

Did you check idoit side logs for further hints?
Did you ensure to provide Client ID as mentioned per documentation?
