I can't acces the landing page of Zammad after installation

Infos:

• Used Zammad version: 3.3.0
• Used Zammad installation source: source
• Operating system: ubuntu 16.04
• Browser + version: Firefox 75.0

Expected behavior:

• presentation of the configuration landing page

Actual behavior:

• it throws : Unknown path with a blank page

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• install from source on a VPS on OpenVZ
  configuration with mysql
  webserver nginx

Sorry but I don’t seem to understand the issue.
Please provide a screenshot or error message.

I followed the installation procedure from sources on Ubuntu 16.04. Everything went as planned at each stage of the process. I opted for installation with Mysql (5.7).
I have checked that Zammad has started well. I made the modification of the nginx configuration file as requested in the documentation.
After opening my browser, I type the url of my site. And there surprise, a blank page is displayed with for only inscription: unknown path. can you help please?

Sorry I can’t.
Seems like your webserver is serving another page.

It doesn’t look like this comes from Zammad - “unknown path” is all your server returns.
I mean beside an error “404”.

Maybe reload/restart your nginx and try again. But other than that it looks very specific to your setup.
