I am experiencing an error with the Link Accounts feature of SAML

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.3.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: Ubuntu server 18.04 LTS
  • Browser + version: Edge 111.0.1661.54

Expected behavior:

  • I have installed zammd version 5.3.1, linked users via LDAP, and set up SAML authentication using Keycloak (also using LDAP).

Actual behavior:

  • However, the Link Accounts feature seems to not be working. When I log in via Keycloak, I still cannot access the user that was synchronized by LDAP.
