HTTP headers for webhooks

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1-1722948970.e504ff79.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: N/A
  • Browser + version: N/A

Not sure if it belongs here (maybe a feature request?), but I need to set some headers for a webhook. It seems not possible or I don’t know how.

So the question is: is it possible to set custom HTTP headers for a webhook?

Thank you for your reply… Too bad for me… I need to find another way to intergrate.

Try Node-Red. I have done many things with Node-Red. I use Webhooks to trigger Node-Red and then do database requests, create html and pdf files and many more things. I also create articles from Node-Red directly in Zammad via the api.

We already have some feature requests about this and it could be something we will add in the future.
