Howto invite agents after completion of firststeps

  • Used Zammad version: 5.2.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: Firefox

Hi,

I’ve just installed Zammad, completed the first steps, configured LDAP. But some Agents are not part of our school, so I would like to invite them. Is this possible? And if yes, how can I do so?

Hey,

two ways: you create local accounts in Zammad for the users
OR
You create an AD account for the other guys with only login permission to zammad.

Thanks a lot. I already had these two options in mind, however, I would find the invitation option more attractive. I’ll just write a feature request.
